Ayurvedic diagnosis (50 min) - The consultation is conducted in the same way as it has been in India for thousands of years.
It is a method called astha-vidyá paríksha. It involves diagnosis based on the pulse, tongue, eyes, facial appearance, overall appearance, and reactions. An important part of the diagnosis is determining the patient's constitution and possible imbalances using a questionnaire and acupressure points. The diagnosis determines the state of health and the cause of diseases and problems. The initial consultation lasts approximately one hour. Based on the findings from the consultation, a specific procedure will be recommended to support the treatment of your health problems. The procedure may include appropriate therapies, breathing techniques, natural nutritional supplements, determining an appropriate lifestyle, or suggesting dietary changes.

The consultation is conducted in Slovak or English.

Ayurvedic massage according to your choice (90 min) - Choose from our wide range of Ayurvedic massages and treat yourself to a ritual that best suits the needs of your body and mind. Each massage brings deep relaxation, regeneration, and inner balance.

Svedana - Ayurvedic sauna uses steam to induce sweating, the main purpose of which is to:

• eliminate toxins from the body, release impurities
• relieve muscle stiffness, help achieve balance in the body.
• improve blood circulation and digestion
• reduce weight, cleanse tissues

Terms of Use
The mentioned service is recommended. The gift voucher can be used once and also for other services within RAJ zdravia. The validity of the coupon is 180 days from issuance.

Coupon Usage Instructions
After purchasing and paying for the coupon, we will issue an electronic voucher, which will be sent to your email address. The voucher becomes valid from the moment the payment is received in the RAJ zdravia account. The coupon contains an identifier and a unique numerical code, which are necessary when making a reservation and using the gift voucher.

The voucher cannot be refunded or canceled. The voucher can also be printed in color and given as a gift.
